All abstracts accepted for the conference will be presented in keynote & invited oral, contributed oral, or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English, and any author attending the conference must be a registered participant.

Oral Presentation

Presentation Material Preparation
  • Any correction or update should be made under the permission of the secretariat via the official e-mail. (info@pricm11.org)
  • The presentation should be in Microsoft PowerPoint file format (*.ppt or *.pptx) compatible with PowerPoint or in PDF compatible with Adobe Reader.
  • For compatibility reasons, it is strongly recommended for the presenters to use common True Type fonts in their PowerPoint presentations. Any special or unique fonts may not appear correctly.
  • All presenters may check and preview their presentation file in the Speaker Ready Room during the conference.
  • (IMPORTANT) Every presenter shall use PCs set on Windows and installed in each session room. Please put the presentation materials on your own mobile flash drive in advance.
  • (IMPORTANT) Please submit your presentation file to the conference staff in the room where you will present before your session starts.
Presentation
  • You are expected to notify the chairperson of the session about your presence just before the session starts. There will be no rearrangement of papers during the oral session to accommodate absences or cancellations, and the time assigned to you during the oral session remains fixed.
  • Each contributed oral presentation shall last for 15 minutes with 12-13 minutes for the actual presentation and 2–3 minutes for answering questions. For invited oral presentation, the duration is 20 minutes, with 15 minutes for the actual presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Poster Presentation

All poster sessions will take place at third floor of our venue, ICC, JEJU.

  • Each poster board measures 95 cm (width) × 228 cm (height).
  • You must include your assigned session ID in your poster presentation.
  • Poster presenters are expected to arrange their material before the session starts. They should also be available during the poster session to answer questions and discuss their papers with the attendees. They may bring pre-prints for handouts. There are no parallel oral sessions during the poster sessions.
  • For posters, the word “presented” means that an author must be present during the entire session of poster presentation. Attendance will be checked by the session reviewers. If an author is not available to answer questions and discuss the poster during the session, there will be a disadvantage in the poster review.
  • Please note that PRICM11 accepts no responsibility for any material left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • If you need to withdraw your abstract, you MUST send a written letter or an e-mail to the secretariat no later than October 27th, 2023.
